In October 2017, the National Steel Barrel Industry Conference was held in Zhangjiajie. A total of 12 steel barrel related enterprises from all over the country participated in the new product exhibition held at the same time, including a barrel hoop enterprise from Cangzhou, Hebei - Cangzhou Zhenyu Barrel Hoop Co., Ltd.
During the conference, Cangzhou Zhenyu showcased various types of barrel clamps it produces, including bolt type barrel clamps for open steel drums, lever type barrel clamps, and various specifications of sealing clamps. These products are widely used for packaging barrel sealing in industries such as chemical, coatings, petroleum, and food.
It is reported that Cangzhou is one of the important industrial clusters for the production of steel drums and accessories in China. Relying on local steel resources and transportation advantages, Cangzhou has formed a complete industrial chain from steel plate processing, barrel body manufacturing to barrel hoop accessory production. Industry experts point out that although the barrel hoop is small, its production technology content is not low. High quality barrel hoops require suitable elasticity, sufficient strength, and good anti-corrosion performance, which have high requirements for material selection and processing technology.
